We are located at 1-3-1/26 in the Kavadiguda area. It’s a well-known part of Hyderabad and we have been a fixture here for quite some time. The building itself has been around for a while, and it’s got a bit of a lived-in character that you don't find in the newer hotels. We aren't interested in being the most modern or the most expensive place in town. We just want to provide a decent place to stay for people who are visiting. Most of our staff grew up in this neighborhood, so they know the streets well. We don't have those rehearsed speeches that you hear in big hotel chains. We just talk to guests like they are visiting our own home. Sometimes the lobby gets a little crowded when people are checking in, and the elevators might take a minute, but we try to keep things moving. We don't use any marketing tricks or try to make the place sound like something it isn't. It’s a straightforward hotel where you can get a room and a meal without any fuss. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything is clean and working right. Kavadiguda is a busy spot with lots of shops and noise, and we like being right in the middle of it all. It’s just how we’ve always operated and we don't plan on changing it. We focus on the basic things that matter when you are away from home.
