Megha Engineering & Infra Structures Ltd.

We are located at Plot No S-2 in the Technocrats Industrial Estate in Balanagar. This part of Telangana is full of factories and workshops just like ours. We do engineering and infra structures work which basically means we spend our time with a lot of metal and heavy tools. The workshop is big and loud. There is always the sound of welding or someone using a grinder somewhere in the back. The floor is stained with oil and we have parts stacked on pallets all over the place. It’s not a place for nice clothes. Most of us wear rugged boots and old shirts. We have a small office area near the front gate where we keep the drawings and the contracts. It gets very hot under the tin roof in the afternoons so we drink a lot of cold water from the dispenser. We’ve been in this industrial estate for quite a few years now. We know the guys in the shop next door and we sometimes borrow tools from each other. It’s a hard-working atmosphere. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the jobs that come in and try to get them done on time. It’s about building things that last and making sure the machines are running right. When the whistle blows at the end of the shift we are all pretty tired but it’s good work.
