It's a busy place to work because there are always people coming and going. We have a lot of rooms to look after, and the hallways seem to go on forever when you're walking them all day. The staff area is usually a bit cluttered with uniforms and cleaning supplies. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The location near Golconda means we see a lot of different people. The building itself is quite large, and there is always some kind of maintenance going on, like a leaky faucet or a lightbulb that needs changing. It’s not all glamour behind the scenes; it’s mostly just hard work keeping everything moving. In the mornings, the lobby is full of people checking out and others asking for directions.
