We are located at Plot No. 206 in Madhava Nagar, over in the Karmanghat area of Hyderabad. This isn’t a huge skyscraper like you might see in some cities. It’s a local setup where we handle various hospitality tasks. Being in Andhra Pradesh, or what is now Telangana, the weather gets pretty hot, so we’re always glad for the fans in the office. Our daily routine involves checking on guest requirements and keeping track of the rooms. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like updating ledgers and making sure the cleaning supplies are stocked up. We aren't a high-end luxury spot with a hundred staff members; we’re a smaller team just trying to keep things running smoothly. The street outside can get a bit dusty, and there are always dogs wandering around. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a very grounded kind of place. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, or the internet goes out for a minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a PR person or a marketing team. It's just us answering the phones and greeting people when they walk in. We try to be helpful without being over the top about it. It’s a simple business, and we’re just regular people doing our jobs in this part of Hyderabad. It’s steady work and we like it.
