We are located over in the Malakpet area of Hyderabad. This part of the city is always moving, with a lot of traffic and people heading to the markets nearby. Our building is a familiar sight for the locals who live around here. We don't have a massive corporate campus; it’s more of a focused operation in this specific neighborhood. Most of us who work here live pretty close by, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the main road congestion. The lobby is where things happen, but there is a lot going on in the back offices too. We handle all the room bookings, the kitchen supplies, and the general upkeep of the place. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Someone is always fixing a leaky tap or moving furniture around for an event. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. The weather in Hyderabad can be tough, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling systems are working right. It’s a practical job. We don't spend much time talking about big goals or anything. We just make sure the rooms are clean and the guests have what they need. It’s a busy life in Malakpet, but we have a good rhythm going. We’ve been part of this street for quite some time now. We usually close the heavy curtains in the afternoon to keep the heat out of the main hall. It works well enough for us.
