Marketing Consultant

I’ve been working as a Marketing Consultant out of my place in Sri Ganesh Apartments for a good while now. It’s located on Street Number 5 in Himayatnagar, which is a pretty lively part of Hyderabad. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so it’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. My office is just a spare room I’ve converted with a desk, a shelf full of books, and a printer that jams way too often. It’s not a corporate headquarters, but it serves the purpose. I spend my days talking to small business owners around the city who need a bit of help with their plans. The phone rings pretty frequently, and I usually have a few different notebooks open at once to keep track of everyone. Being in Himayatnagar is convenient because I can walk to most of the shops and cafes when I need a break from the screen. It’s a very local way of working. I don't have a big team or a receptionist. If you call, you get me directly. Sometimes you might hear the traffic from the street outside or the neighbor’s TV through the wall. It’s a real home office. I like the independence of it. I’ve lived in Hyderabad my whole life, so I know the layout of the city and the people here pretty well.
