Haddus

So, Haddus is up on the fifth floor of Mustafa Towers. The address is 11-4-658, Flat No. 503/A, right in the Lakdi-Ka-Pul area. Being on the fifth floor means we rely on the elevator quite a bit, and let's just say it has its good days and its bad days. When it’s working, it’s a quick trip up. If not, the stairs are a real workout. Lakdi-Ka-Pul is always crowded, so there’s a lot of life right outside the front door of the building. You can hear the horns honking even from five floors up sometimes. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup. We have desks and chairs and the usual stuff you’d expect. It’s not a huge place, just Flat 503/A, but it fits us fine. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. Sometimes we see the clouds when it’s about to rain. We’ve got a small corner for water and tea. People come and go throughout the day. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of the city. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s pretty informal around here. We just try to stay focused on what’s in front of us and get through the pile of work on our desks before the day ends.
