We have been operating Manoj Krishna Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. from our spot at B-48/A in the Electronics Complex for a good while now. Kushaiguda is a busy area and being in the electronics hub means there is always something going on around us. Most of the time, the shop floor is pretty loud with the sound of metal being worked on and machines running. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where the real work happens every single day. We started out small and stayed that way for the most part because we like knowing exactly what is going out the door. The team is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone. We do not have a fancy reception area or a big marketing team. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk into the workshop and find someone near the benches. Being at B-48/A has been good because the neighbors are mostly other workshops, so nobody complains about the noise. We spend our mornings sorting out the schedule and the afternoons getting through the fabrication tasks. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It is just basic engineering work without any extra fluff or corporate talk. We focus on the parts we make and making sure the measurements are right.
