You can find Syntho Chirals Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No 66/B in I D A Phase Ii, Mallapur. It is a bit of a maze back here, but we have been tucked away in this spot for a while now. We are not the kind of company that puts up giant billboards or signs. We mostly just stay inside and focus on the day-to-day tasks at hand. The air in Mallapur always smells like industry, and we are right in the middle of it. Our building has some wear and tear, but the inside is where everything happens. We have a few lab benches and a lot of glass containers. It is not a clinical-looking place you see on TV. It is a working lab with notebooks everywhere and people in lab coats who haven't had enough sleep. We started Syntho Chirals Pvt. Ltd. because we knew how to handle the work, and that is still why we are here. There is no corporate ladder to climb here. We just help each other out when the workload gets heavy. We do not have a social media manager or anything like that. Most of us just want to do the job and get back to our families. We keep the doors open and the lights on late sometimes. It is just how we operate. Nothing fancy, just us in Mallapur doing what we know how to do. We just keep at it every single day.
