If you come down to Mallapur, you’ll find us over at Shakti Sai Nagar, specifically Plot No 127. Ocimum Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is the name on the front gate, though the letters are a bit worn down now. The area has changed a lot since we first moved in here. There’s more traffic on the main road and a few more small shops around the corner. Inside our space, we have our equipment and storage areas set up. It’s a quiet place mostly, except when the delivery trucks are backing in. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and checking on things. It’s not the kind of job where you see big results in five minutes. It takes a lot of patience. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the coffee machine works and which window gets stuck when it rains. We don’t really go for big meetings or anything corporate like that. We just talk over lunch or while we're working. Sometimes we stay late when a task needs finishing. The neighborhood is okay, though the street lights could be better at night. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the boxes pile up in the corner. That’s just part of it. We like being in Mallapur because it’s easy for most of us to get to. It’s a practical setup for what we do. Nothing more, nothing less.
