Our place is located out in Gowdavelly Gram Panchayat, specifically at Survey No: 478 & 480 in the Medchal area. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which actually helps with the kind of work we do here at Admerus Biosciences Private Limited. Being in Basuregadi means we have a bit more space to breathe and focus. It’s not like a typical downtown office where everything is cramped. Here, we have our setup and we stick to the schedule. It’s a lot of technical work, obviously, given the name of the company, but at the end of the day, we’re just a group of people working in a lab and office environment. We have our routines, our morning meetings, and the usual paperwork that comes with this kind of industry. It’s quiet out this way, which is a change of pace if you’re coming from the center of Hyderabad. We’ve set things up to be functional. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people who know us are in the same field. We just come in, do the work required, and head home. It’s a serious job, but we try to keep the atmosphere here friendly enough. Medchal is growing, and we’ve been part of that growth from our spot on these survey numbers. It’s a steady life for us and we just keep things moving along.
