Sigachi Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the 4th Floor of Kalan's Tulsi Ram Chambers in Madinaguda. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then. Our office in Hyderabad is where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s a bit more quiet than a factory floor, but there’s still plenty going on. We have desks piled with folders and people constantly on the phone. It’s a regular office, nothing too glamorous. We’ve got a view of the busy streets below from our windows. Madinaguda is a growing area, and it’s been interesting to see how much it’s changed since we moved into 229/1 90. We are just a group of people working together to keep the business running. We have our tea breaks and our small chats about the weekend. It’s a friendly place. We don't go for those big corporate speeches. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, we try to get out on time to beat the Hyderabad traffic. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’ve made this space our own over the years. No one here puts on airs; we just get the work done and go home. That's pretty much the long and short of it for us here.
