Yogitha Mouldings

Yogitha Mouldings is tucked away at Plot No 25, H No 5 5 35/71/2 in Prashantinagar. It’s a fairly compact space but we have managed to fit everything we need to keep the moulding machines going. The smell of heated materials is something you get used to after about ten minutes of being here. We have a small team of workers who have been doing this for a long time, so they can tell if a machine is acting up just by the sound it makes. Prashantinagar is a decent area, though the roads can get a bit cramped when we have a delivery arriving. Most of our day is spent watching the moulds and making sure everything comes out the way it should. It’s not the kind of work where you can just sit down and relax; you have to be attentive. We have a lot of metal racks filled with different moulds that we’ve collected over the years. The floor is usually covered in little bits of plastic or metal offcuts, so we do a big clean-up every evening before we lock up. We don’t have a big corporate structure here, just a few of us making sure the orders are filled. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we’ve got some good ventilation going now. We just stay focused on the daily production and try to keep things simple. Sometimes the machines are a headache, but we always manage to sort them out eventually.
