Our office for Mahindra Holidays And Resorts India Limited is in Hyderabad. We aren't in a big tower; we are in Padma Apartments, specifically Flat No 101. It’s on Street No 20 in the Tarnaka neighborhood. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit more personal than a typical office. We’ve been in this flat for a while now. It has a few rooms where we keep our desks and all the holiday brochures. People usually come in to talk about their travel plans or to ask about resort memberships. Tarnaka is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there’s always something happening outside. The apartment building itself is older and has that lived-in feel. We don't have a big lobby, just a small waiting area with a couple of chairs. It can get a bit noisy when the neighbors are moving around. We spend most of our day on the phone or on the computer. It’s a simple setup and we don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements on the walls. We just try to get the work done and help people figure out their vacations. Sometimes we share tea with the other people in the building. It’s a friendly place and we like being part of the local community here in Street Number 20. It is a practical spot for us to work and meet people who are nearby.
