Our office is over in the Mes Colony area of Secunderabad. The house number is 20-37/1. It’s a part of town that’s been around for a long time, and we’ve made our space here to help with management and consulting work. It’s not a massive corporate tower. It’s a functional building where we sit down and look at piles of resumes or company reports. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for new roles. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. We have a couple of meeting rooms, though they are really just small spaces with a table and a few chairs. The team here is small, and we’ve worked together for quite a while. Secunderabad is a good place to be because it’s connected to everything, but it feels a bit more relaxed than the newer parts of the city. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. We keep track of everything on our computers and in big ledgers. It’s a bit old-school, but it works for us. We just try to stay on top of the requests that come in every day and make sure nobody gets forgotten in the shuffle. It's just simple business here without much fuss or noise.
