Madhu Medical Equipment Dealers is situated in Hyderabad, specifically in the 500013 area. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a basic setup where we keep various medical supplies that local clinics and doctors might need. The warehouse isn't anything special to look at. It's mostly just rows of shelves and a lot of cardboard boxes stacked up. My brother and I handle the daily tasks, which mostly involves checking the stock and loading things into the delivery rickshaw. Hyderabad can be very hot, so we usually try to get the heavy moving done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team. It’s just us answering the phone and writing out invoices by hand. Sometimes we run out of space and have to shuffle things around just to walk through the aisles. The traffic around here can be a real headache, so we’ve learned which backstreets to take to avoid the worst of it. We don't really use big words to describe what we do. We just sell medical gear to people who need it. Sometimes a customer will come in looking for something very specific and we have to spend an hour digging through the back room to find it. That’s just part of the job. It’s a simple business run by regular people who just want to get the orders right.
