We run Lumos Maxima Hospitality Private Limited from our office in Madinaguda. We are located at Plot No 160 on the 1st Floor in Vishali Nagar. If you’re trying to find us, we are quite near the Butterfly Shades School. It’s a landmark that most parents and locals in the 500050 area know well. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files for the hospitality work we do. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door or the phone. We’ve been in Vishali Nagar for a while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the work day. We spend our time managing different aspects of hospitality. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they need to be. We don't use any complicated systems. We just write things down and make sure they get done. It’s a very practical way to run Lumos Maxima Hospitality Private Limited. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people trying to do a good job. Sometimes the stairs up to the 1st floor can be a bit of a workout, but it’s fine. We like being based in Madinaguda because it’s close to home for most of us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. There’s no secret to it. We just show up and handle it.
