Louis Overseas Consulting Private Limited is based in Secunderabad at Plot No. 84/B in the Burthon Compound. This part of town has a lot of history and the compound itself is quite well-known around here. We work out of a small building that we’ve been in for quite some time now. Our main thing is helping people who want to go abroad for studies or work. It involves a massive amount of paperwork and checking different rules for different countries. Most days, our desks are covered in folders and passport copies. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s important for the families who come to see us. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a fan that squeaks a little. People come in from all over Hyderabad, not just Secunderabad, because they heard we know how to handle the visa stuff. We don't use any big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just sit down with people and tell them what they need to do next. Sometimes a visa gets rejected and we have to figure out why, which can be frustrating. We drink a lot of chai and just keep moving through the files one by one. It’s a steady pace here and we like the neighborhood because it feels familiar and comfortable. It is just where we do our business every day without any fuss.
