Lotus Enterprises

Our shop is located at Shop No. 7-1-123 in Ameerpet. It’s right in the lane by the Bhagat Singh statue, which is a very easy landmark to find if you know the area. We are also quite close to the Gurudwara. Ameerpet is always crowded, no matter what time of day it is. There is a lot of noise from the buses and the people walking around. Our shop is small and we have things stacked all the way to the ceiling. We handle enterprise supplies, so we have a lot of different items coming in and out every day. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and checking the inventory. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. The floor is made of stone and it stays a bit cool even when it’s hot outside. We open early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. We get a lot of people stopping by just because they saw our sign while they were going to the temple. We’ve known the other shop owners on this lane for years, and we often share a cup of tea in the afternoons. It’s a tight-knit community here despite how busy it is. We don't have any fancy displays, just the products on the shelves and us ready to help whoever walks in.
