Levantage Hotels Private Limited is run from LIG 58/3 in KPHP Colony, Phase III. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the whole place feel pretty grounded. We’re right here in Hyderabad, in a part of the city that’s always got something going on. We don’t have a fancy glass building or a revolving door. It’s just a solid place where we get our work done. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails. We deal with hotel stuff, which means there’s always something that needs attention, whether it's a room issue or a supply delivery. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big titles or corporate talk. We’re just a team of people who show up and do the job. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, it's pretty steady. We like the KPHP area because it’s convenient and we know the neighbors. If you walked in, you’d see us in regular clothes, probably having a quick lunch at our desks. We don’t have a marketing department writing these words; it’s just us saying how it is. We manage our properties as best as we can, trying to keep things running smooth.
