Our office is over in Kushaiguda, near the ECIL area. It's a house number address, so it feels more like a home office than a big skyscraper. D.V. Charyulu is the person in charge. We focus on placements and helping people find work. The phone rings a lot. Sometimes it’s a company looking for someone, other times it’s a job seeker asking for an update. We have a lot of resumes printed out and folders tucked into cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when we have people coming in for interviews, but we make it work. The Kushaiguda area is busy with traffic and small shops. We are right there in the middle of it. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know how the local job market looks. It isn't always easy. Some days we don't have the right fit for anyone. Other days are great. We keep the mobile handy because calls come in at all hours. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. Just a few chairs for visitors and our desks. It’s a practical setup. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The internet can be finicky sometimes, which is a pain when you're trying to send out profiles. But we manage. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Hyderabad, trying to match people with the right spots. We hope to keep doing it for years.
