Our spot is over in Bolaram Nagar, specifically at 2-9-54 in the Victoria Ranigunj area of Bhoiguda. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the turns. We handle a lot of the big construction and engineering stuff you see around. It’s not fancy work, just a lot of steel and concrete and early mornings. The office gets a bit dusty with all the activity outside, but that’s just part of the job. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the routines pretty well. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing here, even though the name is big. On the ground, it’s just us trying to make sure everything is level and solid. Some days are tougher than others, like when the heat gets bad or the supplies are late coming into Bhoiguda. We just drink our coffee and keep moving. There's always a lot of noise from the yard, which can be annoying if you're trying to talk on the phone, but it means work is getting done. We’ve seen this part of town grow a lot from our window. It’s good to be part of the local scenery. We don't have a big marketing team writing things for us, just a few of us in the back office keeping the books straight and making sure the crews have what they need to finish the day's tasks.
