Larsen & Toubro Limited

Larsen & Toubro Limited is based out of Flat 301 at Vijetha Sujaya Enclave in Sri Krishna Nagar Colony. It’s right in the Dilsukhnagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of town, which keeps things interesting. The office itself is in a residential-style building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate space. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers where we manage our part of the company’s operations. It gets a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Usually, there’s a lot of talking and tea going around while we sort out the schedules and plans. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and the neighbors know us. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see glass walls or fancy elevators. It’s just a solid, functional space where we handle the details. Some of us have been here for years, while others are just starting out, so there’s a mix of experience in the room. We don't have a lot of time for polished speeches. We just deal with the projects that land on our desks and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. The traffic in Dilsukhnagar can be a headache, but being centrally located has its perks for getting things done across the city. We just keep plugging away at it.
