Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Manikonda, specifically at 1-16, just opposite the Z.P. High School. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with the area near C.B.I.T. Manikonda has changed a lot lately, getting much busier with all the new developments, but we are still tucked in near the school where things feel a bit more traditional. We've been here for a while and the location has served us well. Being across from the school means we hear the bell and the kids occasionally, which gives the place a local, lively feel. It’s definitely not your standard glass-and-steel office environment. We just have a straightforward setup where we handle our business affairs. The post office is C.B.I.T, so that’s what we use for all our mail. Our team is small and we prefer it that way. We don’t have a lot of corporate fluff going on. We just focus on the work that needs to be done for the technology park. The roads around here can be a bit dusty and the traffic is hit or miss, but that’s just life in this part of Hyderabad. We’ve stayed here because it’s convenient and it feels like a real part of the community. We don't really do much in the way of promotion, we just let the work speak for itself and keep things running from our Manikonda office every day.
