We operate out of Film Nagar, specifically at Plot 10/A on Road Number 8. It is a nice part of Jubilee Hills, and we share the space with a few other operations. We handle both resort management and some real estate interests. In a place like Hyderabad, things move fast with land and property, so we have to stay on our toes. Our office is not particularly large or fancy, but it is where we do all the heavy lifting for Laelia Resorts. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their land or planning out the next steps for our resort projects. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We have been in Shaikpet for a while and we know the local landscape pretty well. It helps to be right here in the middle of it. We do not go in for much marketing or big promises. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about what we do through word of mouth. It is just a small team of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we just have to power through it. We like the neighborhood vibe here in Film Nagar. It is a solid place to work. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to run a reliable business without any unnecessary drama.
