L N R Projects

L N R Projects is over in Habsiguda, specifically on Street No. 6. We are tucked away in Flat No. 205 of Sri Sai Sampada Plaza. It’s a bit of a climb up if the elevator is acting up, but it’s a decent place to get our work done. We’ve been based out of this Ngri area for a bit now. Most of our time is spent looking at plans or dealing with the logistics of whatever project is currently on the desk. It’s not a huge office, just enough room for the desks and some filing cabinets. People sometimes find it tricky to find the plaza if they aren't from this part of town, but once you see the sign for Street 6, it’s easier. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. It’s quiet enough here most mornings. We don’t really do much in terms of advertising, we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up. Being in a residential-commercial mix like this plaza is nice because it feels less like a sterile office building and more like a real part of the community. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
