L C Constructions

You can find us at 5-2-29 on Vimal Theatre Street in Bala Nagar. It’s a busy little stretch of road. Being near the theatre means there is always a lot of foot traffic and the smell of popcorn sometimes drifts over. Our office is a ground-floor space that we’ve used for L C Constructions for quite a while. It’s usually filled with rolls of site plans and samples of tiles or bricks. The walls are covered with photos of old projects we’ve finished over the years. We don't have a proper reception area, so when you walk in, you’re usually greeted by the sound of someone on the phone or a printer running. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when a new project is starting up. We have a big wooden table in the middle where we spread out our maps and drawings. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps sitting around. We don't bother with fancy uniforms; we usually just wear what's comfortable for visiting construction sites. There is a small sink in the back and a cupboard where we keep our lunch boxes. The neighbors are mostly small shops and we all know each other pretty well. It’s a down-to-earth place to work. We don't have any corporate slogans or polished presentations. We just talk about the work and how to get it done. It’s a simple, honest way to run a construction business.
