L & T Finance Ltd is over in Somajiguda, specifically at Plot No 6-3-1085, Flat No. 502 in Dega Towers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and keeps us on our toes. We have rows of desks and a lot of filing cabinets filled with records. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all morning long. We try to keep a calm atmosphere inside, but when it’s busy, it really gets hectic. Somajiguda is a central part of the city, so we get a lot of walk-ins from the street. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to folks. We just explain things as they are. The team here is a mix of young and old workers. We’ve been in Dega Towers for a long while now. The building has seen a lot of changes over the years, but we stay pretty much the same. We take our breaks when we can and usually grab some food from the tea stalls downstairs. It’s a straightforward office life. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just provide the regular services people come to us for.
