We’ve been working out of this office in Nomula Residency for some time now. It’s unit 402, right there in Mangapuram Colony. If you are from around Moula Ali or the HB Colony area, you probably know the spot near the E-Seva center. It’s a pretty busy part of Hyderabad, especially during the day. We are Kudumu Hotels and Resorts Private Limited. This is where we handle the day-to-day side of things for our hotel projects. It isn’t a massive corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a practical space in a building where real work gets done. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, and the street outside stays crowded, but it feels like home to us. We spend our hours here dealing with files, talking to staff, and making sure the resorts are running okay. It’s a local setup, through and through. We don't have a big marketing team writing fancy slogans. Most of our time is just spent on the phone or on the computer making things happen. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we’re still here in Mangapuram. It’s convenient for us and for the people we work with. If you walk by, you’ll see plenty of other small businesses around. We’re just part of that mix. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, focusing on the tasks at hand without all the extra noise. That is how we operate here.
