We are located at Plot No 10/A on Road No 8 in Film Nagar. This is the Type C section of the area. Krivee Hill Realities & Properties LLP is a small outfit. We share the same general area as a lot of other businesses in Jubilee Hills, Shaikpet. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, especially during the middle of the week. Our office is where all the planning happens. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We deal with property reality every day. That means looking at plots, checking boundaries, and making sure the legal side of things is handled. We don’t use any marketing tricks or polished speeches. We just speak plain English. If a deal is good, we say so. If there’s a problem, we mention that too. It’s better to be honest from the start. We’ve seen the landscape of Telangana change a lot, especially these hills. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in meetings, but we don't mind. We are just a group of regular people who happen to know a lot about real estate. If you’re looking for a fancy corporate experience, that’s not really us. We just provide a practical service for people who need help with property and want someone to listen to them.
