Our place is on Road No. 22 in Jubilee Hills, at Plot No. 389. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though it gets a bit loud with the construction that always seems to be happening nearby. We are a small property firm and we mostly focus on what’s happening right here in the neighborhood. We don’t have a massive office or a huge staff, it’s just a few of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. We help people with buying and selling, mostly residential things but we look at whatever comes our way. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and the back-and-forth, but we try to keep it as straightforward as we can. We aren’t into the whole corporate vibe. We’d rather just sit down and talk about what someone needs without all the extra fluff. Some days we are out on the road more than we are in the office, looking at houses or meeting with folks who want to sell. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of talking. We like it because every day is a bit different. If you’re around Road No. 22, you might see us out and about. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shortcuts around these streets. It saves us a lot of time when the main roads are blocked.
