We’re located in the Manjeera Trinity Corporate building over in Kukatpally. Our office is on the 8th floor, specifically rooms 810 and 811. Being in a big corporate building like this means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. It’s a fast-paced environment, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We handle real estate transactions and help people figure out their property needs. Kukatpally is a hectic place with all the shopping and traffic, so it’s nice to be up on the 8th floor where it’s a little bit quieter. We spend our days looking through listings, talking to landlords, and helping buyers make sense of the local market. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we know and let them decide. Sometimes the work involves a lot of waiting for documents to get processed, which can be frustrating, but that’s just part of the deal. We have a small team and we’ve been working together for a bit now. It’s a practical business. We don’t make things sound better than they are. The elevators can be slow in the mornings, but once you're up here, the view of the city is actually pretty good.
