KPC ESTATES LLP

KPC Estates LLP is located right in the middle of things at 1-2-339/1 on Street No.6 in Domalguda. This is the Himayathnagar area of Hyderabad, so it gets pretty crowded around here. We’ve been in this office for a good bit of time. It’s a standard setup—nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time dealing with the back-and-forth of property deals. It can be a lot of waiting sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don’t try to act like we are some high-flying corporation. We are just local folks who know a lot about the estates around here. We handle the paperwork, talk to the various departments, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the traffic on Street No.6 makes us late, but we always get there eventually. We know most of the people who have businesses on this block. It feels like a real community. When people come into the office, we just offer them a seat and talk about what they need. There is no sales pitch or anything like that. We just look at the facts and see what can be done. It is a simple way of working, but it has served us well so far. We are just KPC Estates, doing our work in Domalguda and helping out where we can.
