We are based in the Vijetha Midas Touch building, specifically at suite 605. It’s over in Whitefields, Kondapur, not far from the RTA office. Roy Bojin Surgical Tools Pvt. Ltd. is where we manage various types of tools used in surgeries. It’s a very specific kind of work. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and the clatter of shipping crates. We have to be very careful with the inventory because these tools are delicate and expensive. We spend a lot of time double-checking lists and inspecting the items that come back from hospitals. It’s not a place for lounging around. The Kondapur area has grown a lot, so there’s always traffic near the RTA office, which makes our delivery schedules a bit tricky sometimes. We have a small staff that knows the technical names of every screw and blade in the catalog. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just supply tools that doctors need. The office is functional, with metal shelves and sturdy tables. We drink a lot of tea while going through the invoices. It’s a serious environment because the tools we handle are serious business. We don’t have a big showroom. It’s mostly just a hub for distribution and quality checks. We stay busy from nine to six, making sure everything is ready for the next day. It’s often very late when we finish.
