Kokos Beach Resorts Private Limited is run out of an office in Gachibowli. Specifically, we are in Apartment C304 at Jayabheri Orange County, which is right near the ICICI Bank in Nanakramguda. It’s a busy tech area, but we are focused on beach resorts. It might seem like a bit of a mismatch, but Gachibowli is where everything is happening in Hyderabad these days, so it makes sense for us to be here. We spend our time managing properties that are actually quite far from this office. Most of the day is spent on the computer or talking to the teams on-site at the resorts. We have to make sure the maintenance is done and that guests have what they need when they arrive. Our office isn't very big, but it’s enough for the few of us who handle the admin side of things. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We are just people working in an apartment-style office trying to keep a resort business running smoothly. There are always small problems to solve, like a plumbing issue at a resort or a booking error that needs fixing. We just handle them as they come up. The traffic around Nanakramguda can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the resorts stay in good shape for whoever stays there.
