Kjl Housing And Resorts Llp is located in the Madhapur area. Our office is in Image Hospital Lane, which is right in the middle of Hi-Tech City. We are on the 3rd floor of the Shilpi Valley building at Plot No. 11. Working in Madhapur means we are surrounded by all the tech companies and new construction. It’s a very different feel compared to the older parts of Hyderabad. We handle our housing and resort business from this third-floor office. It’s a functional space, nothing too special to look at. We don’t have those glossy brochures or big corporate slogans. We just talk to our clients and get the work done. The lane outside can get quite crowded with people going to the hospital or other nearby offices. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen how much the area has grown. There is always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to make sure everything with the resorts and housing projects is moving along as it should. It’s a practical way to manage a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk. We’re just a local team in Shilpi Valley doing our thing every day. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare around here, but we make it work somehow.
