You can find our office at 92/4 in the I D A, Phase-II area of Cherlapally. Being in an industrial development area means our work is a bit different than a regular neighborhood office. We mostly deal with industrial plots, sheds, and godowns where people can run their businesses or store their goods. It’s a busy place with lots of trucks moving around and people working in the factories. Our office is right there in the thick of it. We spend our time helping people find the right size space for their machines or their inventory. It’s a lot of measuring and checking out different layouts to see what fits. We also help people who are looking for small houses nearby so they can be close to their work. The air around here always smells like industry, and there is usually a lot of noise from the nearby plants. We don't mind it because it means people are working. We keep track of which units are empty and which ones are about to be leased out. It’s practical, no-nonsense work that helps keep the local economy moving. We’ve been in Cherlapally long enough to know how the phases are laid out and who the landlords are. It's just a regular job for us, helping folks get settled and making sure the rental agreements are handled without any trouble.
