KGN Real Estate has been around Himayat Nagar for a bit now. We are tucked away on Street No 12. If you are looking for us, we are right beside the Autofine Honda Showroom. It is a landmark everyone knows, so it makes finding us a lot easier. We deal with property around this part of Hyderabad. It is mostly just talking to people who want to buy or rent something nearby. Himayat Nagar is an old area with a lot of history, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our office is small and practical. We do not have fancy brochures or anything. We just keep track of what is available on our boards. People usually just walk in and ask what is new in the neighborhood. We know the streets around here pretty well since we walk them every day. It is not a complicated business. We just try to connect people who have a place with people who need one. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we would like, but that is just how things go. We keep our hours fairly regular, though we are often out showing houses in the afternoons. If the door is locked, we are probably just a few streets away at a site. We have seen the city change a lot from this little office on Street 12.
