Kendriya Vidyalaya Uppal No 1

Our school, Kendriya Vidyalaya Uppal No 1, is located right by the Uppal X Road. It is a very well-known landmark in this part of Uppal. Being near such a major intersection means it is always busy outside our gates. Inside, however, the campus is quite large and spreads out, so the noise from the traffic doesn't bother us too much. We have these long buildings with rows of classrooms that open out onto covered walkways. The sun can be really strong here, so we appreciate the shade provided by the verandas. The playground is big and often has groups of students playing cricket or basketball. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age in some places, but it is a solid place for learning. The teachers are busy from morning until late afternoon, moving between the primary and secondary blocks. We have a lot of students, so the morning assembly is a huge event with hundreds of kids in uniform. The staff room is usually a mess of papers, books, and lunch boxes. We follow the standard government schedule and keep things running as smoothly as we can. It is a very traditional school environment. We don't have anything fancy, just the basic stuff needed to teach the kids their subjects and get them through the year. It is a bustling, lively place to be every day.
