Kauphy Realty Private Limited is based on the 2nd Floor of a building in Srinagar Colony. Specifically, we're at Flat No. 201, 8-3-833/57 in Kamalapuri, Phase-I. It’s a decent area in Hyderabad, 500073. We like being on the second floor because it’s a little quieter than being right on the street level, though you still hear the bikes and cars zooming by. Our office is where we do all our planning and document work. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the Srinagar Colony and Kamalapuri neighborhoods quite well. We spend our time looking at flats and houses, trying to keep up with who is moving where. The real estate market in Hyderabad moves so fast it’s sometimes hard to keep track of everything, but we do our best. We don't have any scripted speeches for customers. We just talk like normal people and explain what we’ve seen. Some days are slow and we just drink a lot of tea, and other days we are running around until after dark. It’s a bit of a mix. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to help people find a place to live or work without too much of a headache. It's just simple, daily work for us.
