KANDALAM PROPERTIES LLP

Up here in Nandi Hills, things are a bit different. Kandalam Properties LLP is located at Plot No 70/A on Road No 51. We are in the Raidurg and Panmaktha area of Shaikpet. It’s an interesting place to work because you can see the city expanding right in front of you. Our office is pretty straightforward. We don’t have expensive art on the walls or anything like that. We just have our computers and a lot of maps of the local area. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving out to look at different sites. We’ve been around this part of Hyderabad long enough to know the shortcuts. Real estate is about knowing the ground, and we do our best to stay informed. It’s just a few of us running the show. We don’t put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see us working through the usual pile of documents. We try to keep things clear for everyone we work with. It is much easier that way. Sometimes the weather makes the commute a pain, but we show up anyway. We’ve seen Nandi Hills change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our thing, helping people with their property needs without any big promises. It is a local business run by local people who actually care about how this neighborhood turns out in the long run.
