Kadevi Engineering Co. Pvt Ltd has its main office and workshop at Plot A1 and A2 in the Electronic Complex at Kusaiguda. Since we have two plots, we have a bit more space than some of our neighbors, but it is still very much a working engineering site. You will not find any marble lobbies here. It is mostly concrete floors, heavy workbenches, and the smell of oil and metal. We have been operating from this Kusaiguda address for quite a long time. Most of us have been working here so long we do not even think about the noise from the machines anymore. It is just the background to our day. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor, making sure things are being built correctly. It is not always a smooth process; things break, materials arrive late, or the weather gets too hot to work comfortably. But we just deal with it as it comes. We are not big on meetings or long emails. If something needs fixing, we just walk over and talk about it. The Electronic Complex is a busy place, and there is always someone coming by for something. We just keep our focus on the engineering tasks at hand. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. It is just how we operate.
