K R FARMS & RESORTS LLP

We are based in Chandanagar, at Flat No 102, Plot No 37 in Matru Sri Nagar. It’s a residential colony, so it’s fairly quiet most days. Our focus is on farms and resorts, which is a bit funny because the office is right in the middle of a housing area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to different spots to check on things. The office is on the first floor. It’s a comfortable space, but it’s definitely not a corporate suite. We have some maps pinned to the walls and a lot of folders stacked on the floor because the shelves are full. The doorbell has a weird ring to it that always makes us jump. We’ve been meaning to change it for months. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to happen and then everyone just gets to it. There’s no micromanagement here. If someone needs a break, they just take one. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get all the work done. We handle everything from land paperwork to guest lists for the resorts. It’s a lot of detail work that keeps us busy until late afternoon. It’s just us doing our thing in a corner of Chandanagar.
