You can find us on the third floor of Plot no.86A over in Journalist Colony. We are located on Road No 70 in Shaikpet. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads of Hyderabad, which we appreciate. JUK Estates Private Limited has been operating from this Telangana office for a bit now. We spend most of our time looking over site plans and dealing with the usual property back-and-forth. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is functional. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of tea. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy speeches for us. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but the view from the third floor isn't bad. We see a lot of people coming through looking for advice on where to buy or sell. We give them the straight talk without any extra fluff. It’s important to be honest about how things are moving in the market. Shaikpet is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We keep our records organized, or at least we try to. Dealing with land means a lot of signatures and waiting. We’ve grown used to the pace of things here. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to make a living in real estate. It keeps us occupied and we like the neighborhood well enough.
