Ju Yuan Hotels Private Limited is located up on the second floor of Paradigm SSS Square. We’re in Unit 201, which overlooks some of the busy Kothaguda streets. It’s a typical commercial building with a lot of other offices around us. We’ve been here for a while now, just handling the daily operations of our hotel business. We don't have a big team, just a handful of us who know each other well. Our desks are usually covered in papers and coffee mugs. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a little messy. That’s just life in an office. We handle everything from bookings to talking with the maintenance crews. Since we're in the Rangareddi area, we get a lot of variety in the people we talk to. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. We aren’t a big corporate giant with shiny brochures. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent hotel business. If something breaks, we call someone to fix it. If a guest has a question, we answer it. It’s straightforward work. We like being in Kothaguda because everything we need is close by. The local tea shop downstairs is where we usually end up when we need a break. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. It is what it is.
