John Bauer College Of Hotel Management

If you go to the 4th floor of Hidayat Arcade in Secunderabad, you will find us at John Bauer College Of Hotel Management. It is a busy building with lots of different offices, but we have got our own space up there. It is quite a climb if the lift is slow, but we don't mind much. We spend a lot of time in the kitchens and the practice rooms. Teaching people how to run a hotel or cook for a crowd takes a lot of patience. You can usually smell something cooking when you walk down the hall. We have students coming from all over Telangana. It is a practical kind of place. We don't spend all day reading from books; we are usually busy with our hands. The furniture is a bit worn in places, but it works for what we need. Secunderabad is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the noise from the street comes up through the windows, but we just talk louder. It is a lot of work to keep the equipment clean and the supplies stocked. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do here. We just teach the skills people need to get a job in a hotel. It is simple, honest work, and we have been doing it this way for a while now. We just focus on the students and their training.
