You can find us at Bhaskar Plaza, which is right there on Road No. 1 in Banjara Hills. We’re on the 4th floor, unit 6/3/248/1/1/A. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking around here can be a real challenge if you arrive at the wrong time. We’ve been working as realtors for a while, mostly dealing with the usual stuff like helping people find office spaces or homes. It’s not always exciting work, but it keeps us busy. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking out different properties to see if they’re actually worth what people are asking. We aren’t some big corporate machine with scripted answers. We just talk like normal people and tell it like it is. If a place has issues, we usually say so. The team here is small, just a few of us who’ve known each other a long time. We try to keep things moving and make sure the paperwork doesn’t get stuck somewhere. Banjara Hills is a busy area to work in, but we like being in the middle of everything. It makes it easier to meet people. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything, we just show up and do the work every day and hope for the best for our clients. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the filing, but that's just part of the job.
