Our office is at H. No - 24-81/1, right in Anandbagh Safilguda. If you know Hyderabad, you know this part of town is always a bit busy. We’ve got this small space where we handle all the Jms India stuff. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us sitting at our desks most of the day. The building is a typical Hyderabad house turned into a workspace, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a pain, but we manage. The neighborhood is okay. There’s a good tea shop nearby that we frequent when the afternoon slump hits. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything, so you have to look for the house number carefully. It’s mostly about getting through the daily tasks without too much drama. We’ve got some files that need organizing and a few projects that seem to never end, but that’s just how it goes. People think being in a Pvt Ltd means things are very formal, but here it’s pretty relaxed. We wear what’s comfortable and just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a practical way to work. The commute for some of us is long, so we try to start early. It’s just a regular local business life.
