Andhra Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 2 in Phase-v of the Ida. It is a fairly straightforward setup we have here. The building is mostly filled with the equipment we need for working with polymers, and there is usually a lot of raw material stacked up near the entrance. Phase-v is a busy part of the industrial area, so there is always noise from the neighboring units. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens out on the floor where the heat is. Working with polymers means you have to be careful with the temperatures and the timing, so we spend a lot of our shift just watching the gauges. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean, but nobody here mind that much. We’ve been at this plot for a good number of years and have seen the area change quite a bit. The roads around Ida can be rough, especially after the monsoon, but we manage to get our stuff shipped out on time. We don't have any big slogans or fancy posters on the walls. It is just a place where people show up, do their shift, and go home. We just try to keep the machines in good shape so we can keep working. We also have a few regular customers who stop by for updates, which keeps things interesting. It is a lot of routine, but we don't mind it.
