Jaya Prop Seekers Private Limited is based out of the Kphb Colony area. You can find us at Eminent Plaza, specifically on the 5th floor of the 6th phase. It's a lively part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside. Inside the office, we’re usually focused on property searches and helping folks figure out their next move. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We're a smaller group of people who know the local blocks pretty well. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we spend a lot of our time making sure things are done right. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to talk to people face-to-face. Sometimes the traffic around Kphb is a nightmare, but that’s just part of living here. We’ve got a lot of files and maps spread out most of the time. People come in looking for advice on where to settle down or where to invest a bit of money. We just tell them what we know based on what’s available. It’s a lot of legwork, really. We go out to the sites, take some notes, and come back to the desk.
